- Plaid (bank connections): When you connect a bank account or credit card, Plaid securely transmits transaction data to ParlorHQ. We never receive or store your bank login credentials. Plaid's handling of your data is governed by Plaid's Privacy Policy.
- Stripe (payments): When you make or receive payments through the Service, Stripe processes the transaction. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, device type, browser type, and operating system.
- Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Access controls: Employee access to user data is limited to what is necessary to provide and support the Service.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: We share data with third-party providers (Stripe, Plaid, hosting providers) solely to operate the Service. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
